Soundportal — Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.

Cookies We Use

Essential (Always On)

These are required for Soundportal to work:

| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|--------|---------|----------|
| sb-session | Keeps you logged into Soundportal | Session (expires on logout) |
| sb-refresh-token | "Remember me" authentication | 30 days |
| __Host-sb-* | Supabase security tokens | Session/30 days |

Visit statistics (no cookies)

We do not use Google Analytics or tracking cookies. We count visits ourselves: which pages are opened, for how long, the referring website and the device type (phone, tablet or desktop). No IP address is stored. A random visit number is kept in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab. If you are signed in, visits are linked to your account so we can see how Soundportal is used. Raw visit data is deleted after 35 days.

Third-Party (SoundCloud)

When you view a SoundCloud embedded track, SoundCloud sets its own cookies:
