Music submission portals

A portal for every reason people send you music.

A soundportal is a dedicated link where producers submit tracks for one specific purpose — a festival you're curating, a label's next V/A, a remix call. Spin up as many as you need; each one keeps its submissions sorted, playable and searchable.

The problem

The next great track is sitting in a DM you haven't opened.

Tracks arrive everywhere at once — Instagram, email, WeTransfer, Drive. By the time you've dug them out, half the links have expired and you're not sure what you've already heard.

Soundportal replaces all of it with a dedicated portal for each thing you collect for. Every submission lands in the right portal — already tagged with artist, BPM, genre and type, and ready to play.

What it does

Everything between “sent” and “signed.”

Three things do most of the work. The rest is there when you need it.

A portal for every purpose

Spin up a separate portal for each thing you collect for — a festival set you're curating, a label's next V/A, a remix call, your radio show. Each gets its own link and keeps its submissions apart.

Everything arrives ready to play

Producers paste a SoundCloud link with BPM, genre and type attached — no files, no expired transfers. It lands in the portal as an embedded player you can hear, heart and mark played in one click.

Private portals by invite

Lock any portal to approved Soundportal usernames. The link still works — but submissions from anyone who isn't on your list simply don't get through.

Reply to producers

Leave private feedback on any track. No email needed.

Submission history

Producers see what was played, liked, and replied to.

Filters & search

Narrow by genre, BPM, type, liked or unplayed — per portal.

Portal rules

Soon

Auto-sort and route incoming tracks by genre, BPM or type.

How it works

From a link to a sorted portal.

No file uploads, no plugins. Just a link producers can use to send you music.

  1. 1

    Claim your username

Sign in with Google and pick your Soundportal handle — your identity for sending and receiving music.

  2. 2

Open a portal for each purpose

Create as many portals as you need — one per festival, label V/A, remix call or demo pool. Set each public, or private to approved usernames.

  3. 3

    Share each portal's link

Drop it in your bio, signature or SoundCloud profile — wherever producers for that portal find you.

  4. 4

    They submit a track

A SoundCloud link plus BPM, genre and type — landing straight in the right portal.

  5. 5

    Review and reply

Listen, filter, heart your favourites, and leave feedback they'll see in their history.

The difference

Same demos. Half the friction.

  • No way to filter by genre, BPM or type
  • Tracks get missed; producers feel ignored

With Soundportal

  • A dedicated portal per event, label or call — never mixed up
  • Embedded players — listen instantly, nothing to download
  • Filter by genre, BPM, type and status in seconds
  • Reply in-app, and producers always know where they stand

Create your portal

Questions, answered.

Producers open the portal's upload link, sign in with Google, and paste a SoundCloud URL with BPM, genre and type. It appears in that portal as an embedded player — no file uploads or storage involved. Private SoundCloud links work too.
Yes — that's the whole idea. Spin up a separate portal for every purpose: a festival you're curating, a label's next V/A, a remix call, your radio show. Each has its own link and keeps submissions completely separate, so nothing gets mixed up. The Professional plan includes unlimited portals.
Yes — a one-click Google sign-in. It takes seconds and gives them a history view so they can see which tracks were played, liked, or replied to.
A private portal only accepts submissions from usernames you've approved. Even with the link, anyone not on your list can't submit — useful for a trusted circle, a label's invited artists, or a curated roster.
Yes — genre, BPM range, submission type, liked-only and unplayed-only, plus search by artist or track name.
No. It isn't indexed anywhere — it's only shared by you. Public portals accept anyone with the link; private ones are limited to your approved usernames.

Stop managing chaos.
